Why is my rod hanging down outside of the rail not allowing the support to move to the center?

To correct the problem with the rod & support, please follow steps below:

1. Check that the magnet is still attached to the support and is free of debris.

2. Next, check the magnet plate on the first (lead) carrier and ensure that it is free of debris.
